This website is run by OmniArx FZE, a free zone company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, with its team in Dubai. OmniArx FZE is part of ADVITLABS FZCO, Dubai. OmniArx FZE decides how the details on this website are used. For anything about your data, email hello@omniarx.ai.

• When you book a session: your name, work email, company or product, plan of interest and the action you describe. We also note the country your request came from, and a scrambled code made from your network address. We use that code only to limit repeated requests; it does not store the address itself.
• Spam protection: a bot check confirms that a real person is using the form. It looks at signals from your browser, not at the details you type.
• Visits: we count page views with a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It uses no cookies and does not build a profile of you.
• Delivery and security: like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your network address to deliver pages and block attacks.

To reply to your request, arrange a session, and keep the website safe from spam and abuse. We do not use your details for advertising, we do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

This website does not set cookies and does not use tracking or advertising tools. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.

We use trusted providers for hosting, spam protection, email delivery and our inbox. They may process data outside the United Arab Emirates, and they handle it only to provide their service to us. Ask us at hello@omniarx.ai for the current list.

We keep booking requests for 12 months after we receive them. After that they are deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

You can ask us to:

• show you the details we hold about you,
• correct them,
• delete them,
• stop using them or limit how we use them, and
• give you a copy you can take elsewhere.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
